Built on the side

I don't just spec products. I build them.

Three products I've been building to stay close to the craft — and to where AI is heading: an agentic orchestration platform, a memory layer your AI plugs into, and an AI shopping assistant for a real store. All shipped end to end, with the discipline I'd bring to your team.

Fluid

An agentic orchestration platform — and three real products built on top of it.

Fluid is a desktop platform with two layers: an orchestration engine that schedules, supervises, and recovers autonomous agents, and a module-agnostic shell on top of it that now runs three unrelated products — Job Hunt, Exam Hub, and Product Studio. The same shell runs all three, which is the whole point: it's a platform, not a one-off demo.

mdenh

The private memory your AI plugs into via MCP — memory you read and edit, not memory that reads you.

A memory-first AI product: instead of pasting your whole library into the prompt, your assistant queries a hosted memory over MCP and pulls only what's relevant — ~81% fewer tokens (5.3×), with answer quality measured separately and held. Built and shipped solo.

HomeRun

A self-initiated AI shopping assistant for a real Indian construction-materials store.

Describe a home project in plain language — 'I need to tile my 2 bathroom apartment' — and this assistant returns the right SKUs with quantities and checks you out on the store's real cart. Built unprompted for HomeRun (home-run.co), off a governed 326-product catalog, and pitched as a candidate recommendation with a 13-slide deck.

The through-line

I started in operations — learning how businesses actually work at ground level. Scaled a zero-revenue category to ₹20L/month. Fixed broken fulfillment. Led teams on the ground.

Then moved to product. Launched a new vertical from scratch. Ran hundreds of experiments. Drove 45% conversion growth. Built analytics infrastructure from nothing.

Now I build enabling infrastructure at enterprise scale — systems that power $120M+ in organizational initiatives.

The constant: I translate between what the business needs and what engineering can build. Computer science foundation. Operator instincts. Product thinking.
